In resonance with Proust

Conceived around the emblematic figure of Marcel Proust and his masterful work "In Search of Lost Time", Jean-Pierre Loubat's exhibition is an invitation to enter with their eyes into the teeming universe of the writer who serves as common thread in his work.
The work around the work of Proust takes the form of a photographic report on the inspiring places of Research. The photographs of Jean-Pierre Loubat therefore bear witness to both the places of childhood of the writer, his vacations in Normandy, but also, what is less well known, of his stays in Engadine and Haute Savoie, Art trips to Venice, Amsterdam or on the roads of France to study cathedrals with the books of the English art critic as a guide.
